In todays online business world there is no shortage of business opportunities for the entrepreneur. The trick however is finding a good business opportunity that's a good fit for you and your families plans. The easiest way to lose money and waste your time is to jump into a new business venture without thoughly investigating and understanding the business model than thinking it through to see how it will affect you and your families plans.

Many factors must be weighed before spending any money on anything except education. The money you spend to educate yourself before selecting which business opportunities may be right for you must be thought of as an investment in yourself. You must take the time to educate yourself first and if you're just starting out I would recommend that you start with the many free resouces available here and other places on the internet. For instance there's a wealth of free information available from the government and many online opportunities offer free resources for the operation of their businesses.

 is a great example of this. They offer hundreds if not thousands of pages on how to operate a succesful eBay business. Another great resource can be found right here, as you browse though this site you'll find it's simply loaded with great free resources and I'm adding to it almost daily.
